The text is so small in the widget, and the text for the habits in the app doesn't stand out. The interface is clean; you have a variety of options for creating habits and tasks, good reporting, reminders, etc. You can customize a lot, decide when it needs to start and stop, decide if it has to come back daily, and to give you a big overview of how your goals have been going so far. Calendar view, as well as statistics, make it quite obvious how the process is going, as well as when and where it needs adjusting. Some apps are either really simple or have a bazillion features shown to you; it overloads your brain. Appreciate the Dark Mode and being able to customize the colour and icon image for each habit.

There are several widgets you can add to your home screen on your phone or tablet for instant information or additions to your calendar without opening the app. Easy to use and many features are super handy, like having sub-tasks for tasks and even being able to detail sub-tasks. The GUI is very intuitive; the options in the free version are plenty, and the Pro version comes at an absolute fair price. The option to select which calendars to have visible with a simple check in a box allows a quick, isolated view and search. The task list function is very well done, while not compact enough to optimize the overview of the items. Do I need to know if I can turn off syncing with any cloud calendar, such as Google?.

The free one includes the ability to link your Google Account to back up your data, and use it across multiple devices. Task, templates, tags, smart dates, notes, calendar, spaces, habits, awesome notification personalization, priorities, and it looks exactly the same in Android, Apple, and Chrome. Lots of options and features, combined with an easy-to-use and attractive interface, multi-device support, and good widgets, make this a great choice. Contains dozens of features, such as Promo, Focus, To-Do, Planner, Habit Tracker, Statistics, and Monthly Report, etc. Clean interface with many features, such as sub-tasks and tags, make it super easy to organize your whole life. I wanted an app that was essentially a planner, without wasting money and time on an extra paper planner.

The Daily Task view and the Calendar view are super helpful. Widgets can be set on your home screen and you can add your routine works to do by putting a check mark. Using it to make visual lists of things to do every day, or only weekly, or only on certain days. No copying your remaining tasks to the next day, or clicking and clicking to reschedule for tomorrow's date. Auto-move to tomorrow, move tasks and sub-tasks to another task are very useful.

There are numerous customizable categories, such as tags, people, mood, activities, goals, and task lists. With integration to Google Calendar, this is a perfect package for those who are into professional as well as social life. Also, it has export features so you can back up data. No need to carry around a book, or to draw layouts week after week. Daily records, quick entries, and lots of options to insert other media. Very well-executed app, simple to use, good ability to tag.

The way it can act as both a clock, date, alarm, and agenda widget at the same time is just incredibly efficient. You can look at your day, visualize your time blocks and your schedule, and more easily see if you are keeping to your goals for spending your time on the things that matter to you. This is super helpful at giving you more awareness of how your time is being spent throughout the day, keeping track of how long an event is and how long you have between events. This is a very convenient little app that can have quite a big and positive impact on your daily routine, especially if you work on a lot of different projects. Changing the desktop picture forces one to build another custom all over again in order to fit. Once you've familiarized yourself with the settings, it's a quick, visual reminder of all your tasks for the day.

The statistics presented to you so you can analyze and change things around in your routine is just a phenomenally useful and an ingenious idea to have there. You can even customize specific sounds for certain activities, so you don't even need to look to know what it is reminding you to do. A great way to manage time and keep a consistent schedule using templates yet still allowing for flexibility when things change day to day or week by week. The energetic reminders are the best part that forces you to take up work as soon as it rings. You can even have different general daily routines, and then create a separate daily routine for work; which is awesome! No complications; gives you exactly what you want and more with the colour and tag image options.

You can track an activity by time range, time value, or how many times you want to do that task in a day, etc. You can choose whether you want to hear just a notification sound or a ringtone with the notification. At this moment, it's a little bit uneasy to import Google Calendar every time to reflect the changes on the calendar. Also, if there's an option to filter tasks using categories in the future, that will be incredibly appreciated, too. By all means, if this takes funding not readily available, include it as a paid feature of the upgrade.
